The Sammy Angels Samoyed Emergency Fund has been helping rescued Samoyeds since 1997. We've helped hundreds of rescued Samoyeds by providing funds for veterinary care to make them adoptable. We also sometimes pay for boarding and/or transportation that is necessary to help a dog be adopted.

The Sammies we've helped were in danger of falling through the cracks of regular rescue care because they were ill, injured, neglected, abused, or had other special needs. Some were rescued from horrible conditions in puppy mills.

In order to recover and be adoptable, these Sammies needed special care that the rescue group or shelter involved could not afford. Many of these cases were emergencies. For many of these Sammies, the Sammy Angels were the last resort. Without our help, they would not have received the veterinary care or other care they needed.
